Here are a few things to know about the Blue Pigeon Online Site! We hope this answers all of your questions. Please feel free to use our Contact Page for any specific questions you may have about our products! 

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND PROCESSING

What are my payment options?
Currently, we are only using Paypal for processing payments. Paypal is a fast and reliable way to make secured payments. 

What if I don't have a Paypal account?
No worries! You can still check out as a guest with PayPal. 

Do you offer installment payments?
Yes! But only for customers who have a Paypal account.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

When will my package be
shipped out?
We ship your product the same day you order it! If you happen to make the order during a Holiday there may be a 1-day delay on the drop off as well as the shipping date.

Will a tracking number be provided?
Absolutely! You should receive a notification and tracking number the same day the order has been made. 

What if I didn't receive a Tracking Number? 
If no tracking number has been provided please make sure the email provided is accurate. Also, check your spam just in case. If you still have not received your Tracking Number please use our contact page and we will make sure to follow up ASAP. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Upon request, we can offer extra shipping options. Please keep in mind this will increase the cost of shipping to you. If you would like expedited shipping please use our Contact Page before placing your order. 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

Do you offer Refunds?
All clothing items can be refunded within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Before a refund can be issued you must use our contact page with the subject REFUND with a brief description of needing to return the item. We only ask to see if there is another resolution. No refunds will ever be denied for whatever reason as long as it's within the 5-day period.
ex. You received the item on Monday so you have till Friday to request a refund.  

How do I return the item?
How you return the item is totally up to you. Blue Pigeon is not responsible for the shipping cost.

How long will it take to receive my Refund?
Once the item has been received by us and verified we will send a notification to your email that the refund has been made. You will need to contact your bank or card provider for more information. 

What if I didn't receive my refund?
Contact your bank and provided all information needed. If the bank requires more information from Blue Pigeon please reach out to us thru the contact page immediately

Product Code Descriptions 

We have applied PCD's or Product Code Descriptions to all of our items to give you a brief idea of the conditions of the items. More than 90% of the items will be vintage so please expect some ware and tare ranging from hardly any imperfections to big imperfections. All items that have some issues will be included in the picture but we have added some codes to make things clearer. 

  • Great - The items are in almost perfect condition. Little to no flaws at all.
  • Good -  The items have some flaws but may not be as visible or very minor. 
  • Fair - The items have noticeable issues such as a rip or maybe a stain.
  • Poor - The item has a very noticeable flaw. Possible discolorment, holes, or torn beyond repair.
  • NWT - New With Tags these items have never been worn and come with original tags.

We try our best to capture the good and bad parts of our products to insure you can see what you're getting before you make your purchase. WHOLESALES AND BUNDLES

Do you offer Wholesale?
Currently no. We only collect certain items to keep our inventory fresh and rare. But you never know what the future may hold. 

Do you offer Bundles?

Currently no but we do offer monthly promotions and even flash sales.
